My mom at the base of the falls
My brother, my mom and I hiking up to 600 feet to the top of the falls

The Falls
Bridge over the falls on our way up to the top...
Us hanging out at the observatory deck at the top of the falls

It is a LONG way down!
View of the Columbia Gorge and Washington State across the Columbia from the top of Multnomah Falls. You can see the dusting of snow they got above the 500 foot level...

60 degrees and sunny!

This is our shed. This is how it looked when we bought our house. UGLY

This is our shed now...we painted it to match some of the house colors.

We want to get a dog some time this spring or summer so we had to finish putting the last corner of the fence in around the back yard up to the shed. Since it was amazing out today (60 degrees!!) we decided it would be good to get it done.
Nate trying to dig through rocky soil. Notice the awesome paint job on the shed behind him!!

Little Chunky Monkeeeees!

While in Michigan I was lucky enough to finally see Lianna and Brian's twins; Ascher and Maeve! They are SO cute!! They are even more special since we share the same birthday!!
Ascher and his cutie pie curls
They loved playing with uncle Nate on the bouncy ball...
I think Maeve has the cutest curl comb over ever!
Maeve hogging the shot....

New Years in Michigan

So it snowed...just a little while we were in Michigan..... only about a foot or so!
We woke up New Years day to a foot of powder!
While it looks pretty, I remembered why I love Portland as I walked in freezing wind and cold!
